I loaded the complex debug bios onto my x2.3b lite but it just freexes at tthe splash screen after the flubber. It wont bot off of a boot disk or anything. If i load any other bios besides those onto my mod chip the xbox comes out with nothing on the display and the LED just flashes red. I really need to find a way to flash the eeprom on the motherboard. Any idea what im doing wrong?

correct me if im wrong. but you need a debug console to run a debug bios.

Well i was trying to follow this tutorial (http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/restore-blank-serial.php) and it doesnt say anything about needing a debug console. And this is a v1.0 box. But maybe you are right
