I have a phillips drive and my Xbox is having troubles reading back ups. The back ups read perfectly on another Xbox(a friend in Sweden) but not mines."No Disc" I was wondering is there a way to read the backups on my laptop so I'll be able to extract the backups?

do you have a 1.4/1.5? if so your philips is liekly pot tweaked so it wont read dvd-r
and yes, you can extract a backup with your PC, put the disc int eh drive and run nero, close any wizard and selectr "extras" and "save tracks" save the disc as an ISO, then use qwix to send it to your xbox
