you dont drag the ISO into the burn list, you click "Recorder" and "Burn Image"

Uh oh, now I got another problem, I went to burn it, and it burn't fine then just stoped burning at 23% and just sat there(exept the ETA keep counting down). I still had data buffer, it wasn't like an under run error, it just stoped burning and there was no light on, on the burner, and I couln't cancel or exit the burning program, I just has to flip the switch to shut off my PC.

Hmm, is there a way to make nero burn slower? that might be the problem. Or douse dvd decrypter burn slower?

Yeah, just before you actually click to burn the iso, there should be an option for burn speed. But its dependent on the speed of your drive and the speed of the dvd's. DVD Decryptor also allows you to select a burning speed.

ya, thats the option I selected, but I was wondering if there was a way to override that or if dvd decripter will be able to select a lower write speed. Maybe it's the media thow.

Good than it's under warranty. Return it for a working one (or better yet, an NEC or Pioneer)

I concur. HP burners IMHO are a rip-off. Not the worst burners out there but definitely not worth the price you pay for them.
