ok so i tried flashing my x2.6 with m8 but when i clicked upload and flash (http) nothing happened, so i rebooted my xbox, now its black and is a steady red led, so now only bank 1 boots, and i dont wanna fuck that up, how can i install m8?

Someone should probably second me on this, but I think all you need to do is use the Xecuter 2 Bios Manager to make a 1028kb bios, upload it to your Xbox, set your Xecuter to 1mb bank selection, and flash.
