How can I flash my XBOX Bios? Im not using a mod chip, I used ltOols softmod package.

Now, I put the m8plus.bin (not m8plus16) into the folder Bios, I load up Flash Bios, and seleect it.

Then it gave me, Flash not Writable or something.....help!! Am I doing something wrong?

And did I screw up my hardware? (nothing seems wrong)

ok, in order to flash the TSOP you must solder 2 bridges on the motherbaord to write enable it, it sounds liek you havent done this
