Right after the first time the applications/games/emulators/dashboards "cache" is generated, you will NEVER be able to launch anything (first time the menu is loaded, all the tabs' caches are generated). It'll crash and reboot the box

I think I may be having the same problem, except only certain apps, games, emu and dashs dont load. It fades to the XBOX image, HDD hacks away for a bit, then just loads the dashboard back. Wasnt sure what the problem was at first but after trying everything I could think of (Clear E:\CACHE, clear X: Y: Z:, delete savegames, check Parental Control level and set to highest, re-patch xbe) nothing seemed to work.
AMAZING dash tho, I would use it as primary if I could figure out what the problem is here.
