I am thinking of getting this. I am just torn because I don't want to feel like a cheater win I am killing every1 in Halo 2 but I want to play Halo 2 with a k & m.

Don't feel like a cheater. It only makes it more comfortable for you to play the game. That's not cheating.

I know it is not cheating I just would feel a little bad for owning somebody that is at a disadvantage.
