If you create a partition on a new hard drive (200GB), With large hard drive support (2GB and up)/(Fat32) on WinME, can you then put it in another computer running XP and would it work? The reason why I'm asking this is because when it asked me if I wanted to create a partition with large hard drive support, it says that I can't use the drive with another computer. If I can't, can't I just delete the partition and create a new one? Thanks in advance.

Thats a hold over from the win 95 days, back then other operating systems didnt have fat32 support only fat16. So if you used a fat32 disc with for instance os/2, it wouldn't work. However you xp is more than capable of reading it.
