Okay i have found another bug. Don't know if it's just me though. Everytime I have a disc previously in the disc drive and do a reboot or start-up again then I get an unknown
disc type or damaged disc, Yet I open and close the tray then it recognizes the disc. This happens to my music cds to.

Yet this problem only started occuring either when I changed my iND.cfg to

1st boot: f:/dashboards/UIX/uix.xbe

but I also changed some code and used the configurable menu code. Everything still runs correctly but Im going to have to start from before I edited my .cfg to figure which one is causing the prob.

Everything still works though. muhaha.gif

Has anyone got this bug too yet???

I have a similar bug. I have DVD-R discs that only have DIVX movies on them. In EVOX the are reported as "unknown". But in UIX I get the "Dirty or Damaged Disk" error. Since I may leave the disc in my drive for extened periods of time it's really annoying to have to eject the disk until xbmc is running before placing the disk in the drive. This is the only thing from preventing me from switch to the dash permanently.

any ideas?

same thing for me. for any dvd/cd either original or backup
loading with ind-bios 5003 and at the . CFG file there is the path

F:/dashboards/uix/uix.xbe

this is getting annoying

Which version of the iND-BiOS are you using?

Also which igr are you using?
You should use the compatable with returns to dash enabled.

Im running iND-BiOS-5003-BETA-06 with the ind-bios config in
c:\user.interface.x.dash\system\x.cfg
and mine works 100%
Maybe it has somthing to do with the dashboard booting from the f:\

I give uix a shot from the f:\dashboards\uix\ later tho... tafe now...

now in f:, i don't want to have it in c: thought. thats all

hope to be fixed in new release, if any.
