Hey all. Sorry for the stupid question, but I have tried to figure this out and can't. Does anyone know how to change the names of games on the hard disk in the Xecuter menu? I have a few titles that have names that make it difficult to know what they are. I tried to change the folder names, but that didn't change the menu entries. Does anyone know? Thanks!

Try to download boXplorer. It has a xbe renamer. Thats what I use anyway...

You can also use dvd2xbox to change the internal name of the DEFAULT.XBE for the games. This is the name that appears in the EvoX menu.

Anyone ever have the name get screwed up after changing it? I used the editor in Avalaunch for Demon Stone and it turned it to a long line of question marks ?????????????????????????????? Other games worked fine. Now I can't do anything with Demon Stone's name.

How exactly do you do it in DVD2XBOX after it's already been copied 2 the drive. I don't see an option for it.

Hit B at the main menu to go to the browser. Go to your games folder (Hit R to change drives) and highlight the default.xbe file. Hit the L button and select "Edit XBE Name" (I Think thats what it is anyway) From there just change the name to what you want.

Honestly the best thing I have found yet to do this is Quix for Avalaunch, but it does run on the PC side. It even fixed the problem name with Demon Stone. What a sweet ap!
