Hiya,
I'm a n00b to xbox softmodding, im a PAL user, i have read alot of tutorials and have decided to use xboxhdm with UDE v1.4, now because im a PAL user i have been told to alter the EEProm to NTSC/Region 1, how do i do this?
i dont have a memory card so

someone please help me ?!

you don't.
that's for UDE2.
you use UXE instead and don't need to alter the eeprom

i dont know how to install UXE!

please remember i dont have a memory card/usb memory stick.
