Ok first of all
Xbox v1.4
Bios: Xecuter2 v4983
HD: 80 Gig
Newest UIX ver. (not sure which one) with bios patch
Dash: UnleashX v1218A
Ok heres the problem:
I put all the UIX files (the main files and xbe update and the audio/fonts)in a folder on my F: drive on my box. I wanted to be able to run the UIX dashboard from my current dash. I can see the UIX icon on my dash but when i click on it to launch UIX my box reboots. I also tried putting it on my C: drive as the main dash but with no success. I had someone I know online try it with the same dash/bios versions and it worked for him. Maybe it could have something to do with my box version.

DisavowedSniper: You didn't actually post how you managed to get this to work?
I have the same problem as what you have described and would like to know what you did to get the dash running instead of rebooting?
