anybody know anything about this?? i have 1 old seagate 10gb and 2 new wd 8 gb drives that will not unlock in config magic beta or final release versions.
any ideas from anyone, id like to hear them

Are you trying to unlock them on the boards they came with?

no im not using the original mb on them. What else can i do then to unlock them??

AFAIK Formatting will not unlock the drive, or rather, a locked drive will not allow a format.
