Hey Ladies & Gents -
I just downloaded ConfigMagic-XBOX-1.6-FINAL.rar from "the usual sources".
How do I get this to lock my Xbox's HDD?
FTP .rar to xbox? Un-rar then ftp? After the transfer, how do I lock HDD.... etc, etc...

Unrar the file and then put the Config Folder on your Xbox's hard drive and launch it from your dashboard like any other Application..Then once you launch it you will see the main menu, select lock hard drive.
Unrar
FTP to your dash's apps section (the folder where your dash looks for apps)
Make sure the XBE is names default.xbe
Launch it from your dash
Select "LOCK" from the menu
Job done
