I have an xbox with xecuter3, 160 gigs of space and have just flashed the bios with x3 (the latest version). I've managed to ftp onto the xbox and started dragging applications over there so I can finally start enjoying this fine piece of equipment.

Here's the problem, I don't know how to run/install these programs once they are on the xbox HDD, the only places that I can even see where they are located are through the ftp program and then by customising quicklaunch in the "x3 config live".

By rebooting to dash I get 4 options - memory, music, xbox live, and settings. MEmory has nothing in it that I can see (other than 3 blocks that appear to contain nothing but I'm a bit apprehensive about deleting them) and the settings only allow me to configure stuff like video settings and the ip address.

Does anybody have any good suggestions on how I can get things up and running on this?

PS. I'm downloading the slayer auto-installer, but the torrent (through torrentreactor.net) appears to be dead as nothing has come in over the last 24 hours or so, so I'm hoping to seek other ways in getting the xbox set up and ready to go!
