Plan on getting X3CE and want to play live. Should I install chip and then sign up for live, but turn the chip off when doing so?

or leave it on and play xbconnect
If you ever plan on upgrading your HD, do it before you signup for Live. Once you signup, you are stuck with that HD and they will ban you if change it and go on Live.
