Can I get banned if those files are there

No. I've been playing forever with all kinds of homebrew on my c & e partition. Never had a problem.

Yeap, I have ALL KINDS of crap in there too.. and never, ever got banned.

IS that I got banned I dont know how it happen. And the funny thing is it didnt baned my Xbox but my names. I was playing with two Xbox live accounts on Halo 2 at the sametime and right in the middle of a game one of the names couldnt connect to Xbox live and then the next hour my other name couldnt connect to Xbox live so I went through the trouble shooter and it said the messeage of doom

Yea it did say that but it said it twice becuz it banned one at a time, which I myself dont get it how it happen like htat

If your xbox is banned, then you will not be able to connect with ANY gamertag from it.

But if your gamertags are suspended, you could use another GT in the meantime.

Bungie is banning a lot of GT's for cheating. You can see they're droping the "Ban Hammer" as they say on people that used the standby cheat and other contract violations. Check it out at bungie.net website.
