Well you need to tell us what type of files are in your -=Complete=- folder because depending on whats in there it has to be accessible under the proper section - like Music for example. The fist thing to edit in xboxmediacenter.xml is the section that refers to 'Samba' sharing and according you the info it will look like:

<samba>
<workgroup>xbox</workgroup>
<winsserver>192.168.0.XXX</winsserver> <--Put your PC local IP address here
<debuglevel>0</debuglevel>
<defaultusername>xbox</defaultusername>
<defaultpassword>quality</defaultpassword>
</samba>

Now, lets say D:\-=Complete=-\ has music files in it. Right-click that folder in windows explorer and set the windows sharing name to '-=Complete=-' That means you have to find the 'My Music' section and create a bookmark for XBMC to access that folder on the PC. Here's what it would look like:

<music>
<default></default>
<bookmark>
<name>NAME MY SHARE WHATEVER I WANT</name>
<path>smb://192.168.0.XXX/-=Complete=-\</path>
</bookmark>
</music>

That should do it.
