After trying pot tweakin' the drive, the tray doesn't open.....

Why¿?¿?

i used to mod ps2 and pot are not problem for me... Pots are about 750 ohm every one......

Please help me or i must buy a crappy thomson.....

(SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH...)

You damaged the control IC. I have just looked at one today from a second hand shop . they did the same and the drive lasted 3 mins.
