Okay,my 1.1 xbox no longer has my spider and 120gig hdd.I removed them and put them in another xbox i have.Now the box that had the mod chip won't boot at all with the oem hdd in it.I've checked to make sure the hdd is locked, it is.checked the mobo for damage,none.When i cut the power on I get the flubber and xbox screen, then I get the dreaded "your xbox needs service" with a code 7 error, and a green and red flashing light.Any ideas?I read in another post that the green and red means no bios found.Where did it go?It worked fine with the chip and bigger hdd, even with the chip turned off I could still get the MS bios to boot and play online.I did disconnect power while removing the chip and hdd.So whats the deal?Thanks for any ideas.

Your bios are fine if it gets through the intro with no prob. I'm pretty sure error 7 is a HD error.
