I need a bios that supports LB48 and can also be used with Surreal, so from what I've read 4981 is the one to use, but when I went to xbins I saw several different bios. Which one do I use?

Depends on what you have.
If you used a chip, a regular hacked bios is fine. But if you softmodded, then you will need the Boot From Media version of the bios.
