I have moved all the uix folders and files to the c partition on my xbox and renamed the xbe, but for some reason when I go to load the dashboard from unlis x it just restarts and goes back to unlish x. Am I forgetting something?

Might want to get the updated uix.xbe from usual source. This should solve your issue.
