Not sure if this would be the right forum for this, as I don't really know if its an issue with the X 2.3 pro, flashX, or my stupidity, but anyway, here it goes...

I have all 4 banks flashed separately with 256k bios'. Now that I no longer have flashbios or cromwell (which I purposely flashed over), I've been flashing with FlashX. The only small problem is, no matter what bank I tell the application to flash to, it always flashes over the bank I am running at that time. I dunno if its maybe a compadability issue with the chip? or maybe I missed something? However, my friend has no problem flashing banks he isnt loaded on with his x2.3 lite. The only way I got all the banks flashed in the first place, was I just flashed each one separately with a bios disk with flashbios. Its not a major problem, as I can get around it fairly easily, its just something I've been curious about.

any ideas?

yeah thats one option, but I don't even have evox anymore, and it'd almost be easier to just deal with booting to the bank i want flashed than it would be to load evox just as a flashing app. besides, I've always thought evox flashing to be not as reliable, but maybe as wrong.

thanks anyway, i'll keep messing around with it, unless anyone else has any suggestioins?
