Does XboxMediaCenter allow for the playback of mms streaming media files? I am specifically interested in it playing a video file with an address of mms://_______/____/samplevideo.wmv for example.
The problem with content off of a Windows Multimedia Server (the "mms:") is that you can't save/download it; it has to be streamed. So is there any way possible to route this through the Xbox?
Thanks for your help.

Hi
You might wanna try SDP
http://get.to/sdp it allows you to save your streamed MMS files then you can do what you like with them.
Also as far as i know you can put the mms:\\ address in a txt file and call is something like stream.asf and then try playing the stream.asf file back on the xbox (not tried it on xbox but sometimes works on the PC).
