I have an XBOX that has died, that has a good Sammy in it, and I have a 5530 kernel box, that has a wornout Phillips in it. can I just drop in the sammy?

Yes, I hvae switched a phillips and a thompson. So that should work just fine.

thank you very much, Ima gonna leave the other one in, till it dies completely, then I'll switch em out, and see about fixing the broken one.
