Ok, when I boot the freaking thing (starting to get a little fed up) with HOLDING DOWN the button to boot without the chip it boots normal. The external light X is red, and the HDD and when I plug into my ethernet that lights up also, exactly like its supposed to. But when i tried booting with the chip enabled (quick tap) it wont boot, it just frags. I think its the chip on the bottom of the motherboard the rebuild thing is not soldered correctly, does that seem right? does anyone have a diagram I can use to wire those points by hand instead of with that rebuild thing? its just so damn hard to check if its a good solder point with that thing on!
