this is urgent, i softmodded my xbox with ltools but then went to run mini-linux and it's stuck on the screent where you load it and the led is orange. it won't abort or anything and it's been running about 15 minutes. it says no link can be found. can i shut down my xbox without crashing it?PLEASE I NEED HELP!!!!

were you in the same situation? i read another post where you tell people how to fix a problem then don't recommend it. could you just say what you think to do?

Yes, I was in the same situation. I dont recommend my solutions because Im a newbie, and that is what I would, do but I dont want to get flamed ans shiz if it doesnt come out right, But I would Turn it off. Its up to you but dont cuss me out and stuff if it gets screwed.

no they dont suck. shuttingdown linux like that can mess it up. you just got lucky.

haha yeah.....it's sort of like pulling the plug out of your computer without shutting down first when it freezes. i'm sure it's not good...and it can technically break it....but i've never heard of anyone actually breaking anything doing it, y'know? it would be a good idea to avoid that situation in the future...but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.
