I installed the enigmah modchip a long time ago and it does work great, but I'd like to be able to get xbox live. Can I just clip all the wires and install a new modchip?

i dont see why not, unless you have gotten yourself banned already, then i dont think a matrix will get you unbanned.

Why exactly do you want the matrix man? I here you say u want live does that mean that you want to be able to disable the mod by the dip switches to go on live? if you simply want 2 be able to disable mod then just install a switch on the enigmah wires theres a tut for it. And yeh to install the matrix after enigmah its simple i did it myself actually! you just cut 2 wires they are wires 15 and 21 and that completely disables the mod i simply attached electrical tape to each end of the pieces of wire to stop shorts and to be able to find easy if i ever needed to re solder them together! after the wires are cut just install the matrix but i suggest to you dont get the matrix if you can solder, i got it for the easy way out after taking 3 hours to install my enigmah i got this it is shit!!!! im going to solder my matrix in soon it always comes unaligned! cheers
