looking here http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/lpc-diag.php at the LPC diagram, the pin SHOULD only have 0.2 volts through it. I rechecked several times, with 3V scale on multimeter.
Would this cause it to frag, or are there any other suggestions?

My 2.6 frags when enabled, but xbox boots normal when disabled. All the solder points are correct, and the correct voltage is supplied to all pins except the LClk (black wire).
