Is it possible to add the new tracks and cars to a backup of my game so that it just reads it off of my disc, I would not like to have to have the downloadable content on my xbox and was wandering if there was a way to do this.

Yes. Backup your game along with your Live content on a dvdr/rw Edit the inis properly (see main topic). This requires a modded Xbox.
