I downloaded QWIX and when it is saved it comes up as a QWIX101.rar which I can not open, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong, thanks.

You need to get the program WinRAR. It is a better archiver than WinZIP. Does basically trhe same thing though. Once you have it, you will be able to unRar the file.
