When I exit XBMC back to the dash, it loads up but i get an error that reads,

Your Xbox can't recognize this disc. Make sure it's an Xbox game, DVD movie, or audio CD. Also check to see if the disc is dirty or damaged.
Remove the disc to continue.

I don't have a disc in the drive though. And the only way to get rid of the error box is to reboot the xbox. Is there a way to fix this?

Not here to help just to state that i get that same error, except i set xbmc to load the xlink page directly and it affects my online game play horribly. When im out and running xbmc through my router and xbox only the error knocks me offline, if someone could please lend us a hand that would be AWSOME. THANKS

what file do you have at the root of the c: drive for the dashboard?
evoxdash.xbe?
xboxdash.xbe?

My dash root is E:/dashboard/default.xbe
