i was wondering how long THC, or tetra hydra cananbanoid stays in the hair. I heard once it stays for 7 months, then i heard it stays for 7 years!

It depends on the hair test also. They have some hair test that can tell if you have smoked about 7 years ago (the FBI uses this test when you apply). They can also do a fingernail test wich was not listed on that site that goes back for quite some time.

While I don't have an answer, I do have bit of info. Unlike your regular hair your underarm hair doesn't normaly grow nearly as quickly or as long as regular hair. Thier most likely using that because it has a time sample back further than 90 days. The way I had understood the nature of drug screens using hair and fingernail was that the offending material was intrigrated into the manufactuing of the hair for that day/week/month the person was using it, with a normaly hair screening it is only as good as the length of the hair(since it's layered sample of your chemical chronology). In the case of body hair, since it grows at a slower rate it would contain more of your body's chemical history(abreviated since it less of a sample).
I could be completely wrong since I don't directly deal with HR nor any offending chemicals, so I have not placed that great deal of research into the subject.

They can go all the way back to a year... but its not likely due to cost. The one you will get will be either 30, 60, or 90 days. Depending on what the company wants (It will say how far back on your papers at the testing sight, so just take a look).

For urine tests, I know This Stuff definitely works. They have something else for HAIR. Not sure if that works but it's better than nothing. Not sure how much time you have but you could order a home test and find out for yourself. I know one guy that had his doctor give him a drug test to make sure he was clean before he started work. Hope everything works out okay.

When they do these test, they have to be looking for a specific chemical.
If they are looking for shrooms, then they might find it.

I know here in Canada, when applying for CSIS (Caanadas CIA)
They will give you a polygraph test and ask the question "do you or have you smoked marijauna?".
If you have and answer truthfully, they dont care, if you have and lie about it, they will not give you the job.
