why? i've tryed everything

try renaming the uix.xbe to default.xbe. Had the same problem 5 minutes ago!

well, i have a softmodded xbox so i named uix.xbe to evox.xbe so that it will boot so i can't do that. THe thing is that it showed up before and was fine the i tryed to move it to the dashboards folder but it didn't work there so i brought it back also i put DoomX in the games folder and the splinter cell demo but those aren't showing wither and i deleted splinter Cell one but it sstill says its there/

it looks like a problem of not updating the menus when UIX loads.

Did you try hitting "Y" in the menus to refresh the cache?
