How is llama.com? I've ordered from them a couple times and I think they're pretty cool. Are there any other places that are better?

Ya llama site is a bit pricy on the parts. What I do is post want ads in the local newsgroups looking for broken/busted xbox consoles, and visit pawn shops for the same. Great source of parts. Even if its broken, you can get some good parts out of it.
Also look for parts in the b/s/t forums, even with shipping you'll get better deals than llama.com.

I have to agree with everyone about llama.com being over-priced. However they are totally legit, and their parts are of great quality. The way to use llama.com is if you are too lazy to spend a few hours scouting around for parts and risking getting ripped off. If you just want to get something nice and quick go there. Otherwise shopping around will prove fruitfull.
