Alright. My friend bought a pre-modded Xbox and he's going to give me his EEPROM from it, BUT, I am getting a new hard drive for 150 bucks and if his EEPROM was ever used before he got it, my new hard drive will be fucked for Live, and I do NOT want that to happen. So is there any way to tell if an EEPROM has been on Live before?
by testing it, its the only way i know of. Or get a friends EEPROM that you know they have never been on live with and use that.
Look for scuff marks or dents.

Meh, I'm not going to risk getting my new hard drive banned. I'm just going to get an EEPROM from Xaviier.
