hi all
i was wondering what dremil bit do you guys use for cuttin plastic on the xbox and without melting it??????
and what about cutting the metal bits in the xboxe...
it would be nice if you can tell me the specific number of the bit
BTW i want to cut the plastic under the jewel so i can put leds in it.........

use a diamond cutting disc. Or really any nice cutting disc you can find. makes the best cuts if you take your time.
for under the jewel use a small drill bit to make a rough hole but leave maybe half an inch around roughly and then use a round sanding bit and get it down to a very small lip. use sandpaper to get that smooth hole.

WOOOOOOOOOO slow down if all u need 2 do is cut the jewel out use. a drill bit and cut a bunch of hole in it. in a circle and get then as close as u can. then just drill it out then use a grind bit or sand paper.

Ohh my god you all are making it too complicated. Use a dremel small metal engraving bit. then follow up with any of the sanding paper bits to size, shape, and smooth the circle done!!

theres no bit that "wont melt plastic" every bit melts plastic, you jast have to put your dremel on a low speed
