Yes, corruption seems to occur on partitions greater than 258gigs in a fatx file structure. Unkown as to why.

whats 2tb????

2tb is 2,000 gigs. like they said partations larger then 258gb tend to cruppt thow. so at the moment i would say the xbox can handel a 500gb hd easly using e f and g. thats would be 5 gigs on e and 250gb on the other 2 partations. also whatever c uses i think its 500 megs..

I was wondering why lba48 is a option. Why dont they jsut put it standard in everything? It does work fine with drives smaller than 120gb right?

Just to confuse you.

It sure seems like that. But the best part is finally getting what ever you have been trying to get working all night finally working. It is all worth it, every time no matter how confusing it is.

nkpatchers default is always lba 48 enabled. Also every lba-48 bios I tried had lba 48 enabled. It's just in some packages the creator disabled them for some reason.
