I'm using XBMP 2.3 with my Xbox connected to my switch at IP 169.254.193.72
My computer is connected to the switch at 169.254.193.70
My computer also has another ethernet card that access the internet at 129.118.174.217
I'm Using relax to watch movies from my computer on the xbox, and would like to know how to make IMDB work correctly since it is not directly connected to the internet. When i try it now, it tells me that it is unable to connect. Any Ideas.
Thank you,
Charlie

I have a similar setup. My advice would be to move the xbox to the same IP range as the internet nic. Asuming you are using win xp (perhaps possible on win 2000) bridge the 2 NICs on the PC togeather and use this the internet NIC IP for those bridged togeather. It's a little bit like having a switch inside the computer and your PC and internet NIC will only have one IP. Just set your XBOX to an IP on the same range and you should be set. Of course you will have to setup gateway etc on the xbox. When I did this I found out that nothing worked until I restarted the PC after bridging even though it didn't ask for a restart. Hope that helped.
