I flashed the TSOP on this 1.3 xbox a few months ago for a friend, it went flawless and worked fine up untill last week. We were playing ninja gaiden, and it just reset, and starting doing green/green/red with no video or audio output now. I am thuroughly confused as to why it is now fragging after months of working fine.
I searched the forums, but cannot seem to find any other posts with a similiar problem, so if youhave any info. Please let me know!

I had the same thing on a completely stock 1.0 xbox - finally figured out that TSOP was going bad, soldered to boot a diff bank, and got it back up and running. Your TSOP is probably going bad, on a 1.3 only solution would be to chip it as you have a 256k bios and no alternative bank to boot from.
yes, most likely a bad bios image... a 29 wire mod would fix this, or a mod chip to bypass it
