I just painted this case but I cant htink of what color I should make the leds of the Controller ports, PCB board and maybe other thing. anyone have any suggestions? I have thinking about for the controller ports one led red, and one white But I do not know. give me some suggestions.

i would say white ports and a red underglow would look nice

are u doing anything with the jewel?

I'm not sure yet, I am either just goign to paint it a different color, clear it and put Lights under it, or just get another Cusomt Jewel, I dont know yet.

if u want it real flashy i would get som like 11000mcd white leds point them at the celing if u had about 6 of those it would put a large light spot on the celing a good but expensive place is superbrightleds.com my freind got some 13000 green of there 1.30 tho and 5$ shipping but these lights are amazing

ok so 3 things i think would look great
1 white ports
2 red underglow
3 a super bright white jewel

~some things yooh can do~

1. cut a hole on top of ur xbox where the jewel goes w/ a dremel or hole saw
2. add an led ring under the hole
3. add controller port leds
4. add some underglow

just some advice the outcome should look nice if the LEDS were white =D

Get a custom Bat Symbol jewel from customxbox.net and then use like ten 11000mcd leds and point them towards the ceiling, and have a batman xbox lol, ive alwasyw anted to see one.

but anyways, i think white led's would look good. and red would look good too.

damn right, cause i was thinking one day that if you used the brightest MCD white lights, it would shine up the ceiling like crazy, and then i thought of the bat symbol, then at customxbox.net they make two of them, and im waiting for someone to do it, but everyone is too pansy, so ill prolly do it when i re-do my xbox.

If you paint that again your STUPID. That looks good and the suggestions of white or red sounds good. Id do blue or purple. some would say blue is too played out but i have two boxes with blue lights and they are my favorites by far. Most people do that calibur of paint job but fuck up around the dvd tray color blend. Yours looks perfect from here. And thats fleck right?

nice paintjob, just to ask, what kind of paint do you use? and did it require lots of sanding?

I like to use autopaint, so I use dupli-color auto paint, I sand it decently, then put on adhesive promoter then add the paint, I usually do clear coats but I havent on this one...yet..I don't know if I want to yet. But I will most likely use white or red, just becuase I think it would look pretty good but I still haven't figured out where or which color where, but its cool. thanks for the comments n suggestions
