Xbox is showing Read Disk error and sometimes gives a message to call
MS.

I'm assuming all I need to do is replace the dvdrom to fix this, Am I correct??

If it was just the disc read error I'd be forsure on getting the new dvd rom to fix it, but its been so long since i had a thompson drive I cant remember if it said to call ms or not, have someone willing to sell me a tricked out red console with leds and all for under 100..
