I'm totally new in xbox, so please help me

How do I make my Xbox boot up in Avalaunch Dashboard insted of ThC Dashboard.

You left out some vital info. Like where is THc located now, how is your box modded?

well you don't really need that info. You have 1 of 2 options

1) FTP into the xbox and find the file your xbox boots too now. Transfer all the avalaunch files to the same directory, except change the avalaunch .xbe file to whatever your xbox boots to. I also suggest backing up the other file.

2) Reflash your chip/TSOP/whatever to boot to whatever file you want. Then make the avalaunch .xbe that filename.

if you have a softmod, you'll have to do #1. If you have an X3 or some other chip with an OS, you can just change the boot priorities there, instead of having to reflash.

However, on a softmod DO NOT EVER AND I MEAN EVER rename xboxdash.xbe/Fonts dir.

After that something gets booted. THATS the real dash.
