I have read tutorials but none of them have helped me.
I have Configmagic 1.6 on my Xbox, it starts up, but I don't know what to do to get my eeprom.
How can I do it, can someone give me step by step instructions?

Go into config magic. Scroll to the menu item labeled "Backup Eeprom", select it and you're done. Ftp to your box and d/l the eeprom.bin from your config magic directory.
