I think I fried the Power Supply due to my leds and stuff..I was just wondering how you could tell?

Test the current from the pinout that goes to the mobo with a multimeter. If it checks out it isn't the PSU. Also, check the fuse on the PSU.

If you want some help you need to give more details like symptoms what happened when etc. Give more detail
Plug it in and turn it on then stick your tonge on the molex connecter. If you get zapped you know it works.
