Installed new skin on xbmp (3-11-03 build) and for some strange reason, I lost the splash screen.
The first time I did it, I did have the splash screen, now it's gone. Something to do with the skin.xml perhaps? I just uploaded the skin.xml that came with the skin. Simple enough...I thought.

Nah. Its a bug that has been in the CVS Builds for the past 2 weeks. Im sure it will be fixed soon though cause their have been alot of new Fixes in these newer CVS Builds.

Thanks man!! Funny thing is it worked with the build from (I think) 3-8-03 without a hitch. Oh well.

Ok, I just fixed the bug where splash screen doesn't show if the <home> tag is set. Will be in the next build.

The splash only shows if XBMP is not run as dash mode. So if there is the .cut file in c:, then splash won't show. Make sure you remove the .cut file from your c:

That should do it.

already deleted this one.

But still no splash screen... The old version that is also still there is running with a splash screen. the 2.1 version

in xbins build 12-03-03 it works..
