use cdrwin or alcohol and make a image of your disc, choose .cue as file type and you will end up with two files per game a bin and cue file, ftp them to your xbox and select the bin file to play, i dont think you have to patch them as if your playing on a modded psx, i used alcohol with no problem transfering to xbox cept for to long of a name errors, ie; castlevanian the symphony of the night, was to long of a file name

I downloaded Alcohol 120% but when I go to make an image file the only selections are .mds and .ccs (or something like that) Should I try CDRwin?

Well I tried CDRwin and it did the trick.
