Pretty streight forward question really.

Is there a way to make the Ipod into an xbox memory card, that works the same way as a controll pad ( plug the ipod into a controll port)

and run backups off of the ipod?

This would be a great way for people to increase their backup space without opening their xbox's

Any ideas?

No, that isn't possible. You can only run games/apps/xbe's from the HDD or from a CD. Even if the Xbox did recognize the iPod as a memory card (why would you want to format your 300-500 dollar ipod as an Xbox memory card? blink.gif Just get a 250GB HDD for $200 or les), you'd only be able to use it for saves (you'd have to have a lot of KOTOR II saves to fill up 20GB)
