I have searched a lot of places, and cant find one. Does anyone know if there is one out there?

I'm looking for one that works with GotY edition...

as i understand you cant make one for any elder scrolls game, something about the TSR i belive(but i am no authority so ask a mod or a trainer maker, pm them)

the only thing i ever found was a hacked gamesave from the very start of the game when your on the ship,the guy was very powerfull no quewsts done and none of the weapons could break
