When I watch DivX movies on my XBOX with XBMP 2.3, I will occasionally get a popup box at the top of the screen with various stats in it such as AV delay and movie time. Then it will go away. How do I disable this?

it's because you have pushed one of the two small buttons on the controller (white or black one).. I think it's the white one.. Anyways, just push that button again and it should disapear.

edit: pushing the D-pad will also make something like this..

yea if your using the remote its the up, dpown, left, right buttons..

they adjust subtitle delay and audio delay.

If you hit one of the buttons it pops up a windows showing you what you have done, eventually it closes itself, so stop hitting buttons

Or get a newer build if it happens when it happens when you didn't touch any button, this problem happened in some builds but is solved now!
